Whole new way.

I promised myself at the beginning of January that I would get right back into my exercising and eating right, but I'll admit, I haven't. I was afraid that once I got away from my TOPS meetings, and having to weigh in every week, I would stray away from everything and start gaining weight back, which is exactly what I'm doing. I think my big eye opener today has been the fact that I only have until late May to lose the amount of weight that I want before we go on our vacation with our parents, and I don't want to be in the same shape as I was when we went in 2009 to the Grand Canyon, and other places.

I have put my own foot down and decided that this coming week is going to be a whole new way for me....even my hubby has started working out religiously. I have no room for slacking now. If anyone has any suggestions, I welcome them.

  1. I know the feeling. Tomorrow I am going to start working out myself. I was working out faithfully then i came to a stand still, then the holidays, and next thing i know i've gained it back. Makes me sick. So I'm back to battle the bulge. I love the "I used to be fat" show on mtv. It gives me so much hope. But I have Zumba videos I can mail you if you inbox me on facebook your address. They're great, if you use them! lol I loved them to. I actually quite enjoyed the work out. But you know how easy it is to get off track. I hope you can get back to your groove though!!!

  2. I've watched that show once....I need to find the times when it is regularly on, because I loved it too! I actually have the Zumba game for the Wii, if I would get in the groove and start using it faithfully...lol! Good luck to you too!
